Lindos Beach
The main beach, right below the village and the acropolis.
Megalos Gialos, the big beach, fills the bay right below Lindos village. The sand slopes gently, the water is calm and clear, and the acropolis looks down from its rock.
Next to it, the smaller Pallas beach is a few minutes' walk round the bay.
Good to know
- Busy from late morning in summer; go early or late
- A five-minute walk down from the village
- St Paul's Bay is on the other side of the acropolis rock
