Haraki
A crescent bay of tavernas and fishing boats, watched over by a castle.
Haraki is a small fishing village with a curved pebble beach and a row of tavernas right on it. It's made for a long lunch with your feet almost in the water.
Feraklos Castle
The ruins on the headland are Feraklos, a castle of the Knights of St John and one of the last on the island to fall to the Ottomans, in 1523. A path leads up from the village; the view over the bay and Agathi beach is worth the short climb.
Nearby
Agathi's golden sand is just over the hill, and Lindos is about ten minutes further south.
